內(nèi)容摘要:The finite volume element method (FVEM, also known as the generalized finite difference method) is one of the main discretizations for PDEs. The FVEM is associated with primary and dual meshes, which are coupled different meshes. Currently, the L2 order of FVEM strongly depends on the choice of duality. This talk will provide a review of the construction and L2 results for FVEM.
報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介:王翔,吉林大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)院副教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。2016年獲得吉林大學(xué)理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。主要從事偏微分方程有限體積法和相場(chǎng)模型數(shù)值算法等方面的研究,研究工作涉及有限體積法的格式構(gòu)造、誤差分析和超收斂,以及相場(chǎng)模型時(shí)間高精度算法等方面,相關(guān)結(jié)果發(fā)表于《SIAM J. Numer. Anal.》《Math. Comput.》《J. Comput. Phy.》《Sci. China Math.》《Adv. Comput. Math.》等雜志。
