內容摘要: A regrowth dynamic model, based on nutrient dynamics and stoichiometry is proposed and analyzed to investigate the interaction between the aboveground and belowground herbaceous plants. The global dynamics of the belowground and aboveground biomass is well analyzed. Numerical simulations conclude that the herbaceous plant’s biomass allocation mechanism for the aboveground and the belowground is in conformity with optimal partitioning at the beginning of growth, when the environment changes, it conforms to the constraints of isometric growth. Moreover, the dynamics of the model agree well with experimental data, which reveals that the model can express the relationship between aboveground and belowground biomass.
報告人簡介: 范猛,東北師范大學二級教授、博士生導師,吉林國家應用數(shù)學中心副主任。主要從事非線性動力學系統(tǒng)和生物數(shù)學研究,出版專著和教材各1部,共同主編論文集和進展特刊7部,發(fā)表論文百余篇,主持國家自然科學基金和省部級項目十余項,八年入選Elsevier中國高被引學者。獲國務院政府特殊津貼、教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才、吉林省首批長白山學者特聘教授等榮譽;獲教育部自然科學獎二等獎、吉林省第七屆青年科技獎等科技獎勵;獲寶鋼教育獎優(yōu)秀教師獎、明德教師獎等教學獎勵。曾在美國、加拿大、日本的多所大學進行學術訪問?,F(xiàn)任5種學術期刊編委、中國數(shù)學會生物數(shù)學專業(yè)委員會副主任、中國工業(yè)與應用數(shù)學學會數(shù)學生命科學專業(yè)委員會常務委員等。
